How long does shipping take?

Tracked 24 is typically a next day service and Tracked 48 is a 2-3 day service. Free Shipping is sent via Tracked 48.

All orders before 2pm are shipped the same day. Orders after 2pm are shipped the next working day.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help, but once an order is being prepared or has left us, changes may not be possible.

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you.

Yes. Every product we sell is designed with everyday car owners in mind. You don’t need specialist tools, experience, or hours to get great results.

Wash microfibre towels separately on a low temperature using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying on high heat. Let them air dry where possible, and store them clean and dry between uses.

For brushes and accessories, rinse thoroughly after use and allow them to dry naturally before storing.

That’s it, simple care keeps them performing properly for longer.
